Go to the library homepage at www.esc.edu/library. Click Article Databases. Scroll down to Proquest Databases and click it. Enter your college login and password if you’re asked to.
Is ProQuest and ProQuest Central the same?

Does ProQuest cost money?
There is no cost for this option. Your thesis will only be made available by ProQuest through their ProQuest Dissertations and Theses subscription database and for sale through their Dissertations Express service. Authors are entitled to royalties for these sales as set out on the full Traditional Publishing Agreement.
Can anyone use ProQuest?
Anyone, subscriber or not, who discovers open-access content on the ProQuest platform via Google or Google Scholar will be able to access the full text by clicking through the link to ProQuest, enabling researchers to apply the platform’s powerful research tools to publicly available materials.
Is ProQuest credible?
The role of ProQuest for dissertations is not a “publisher”. Even if you “publish” your dissertation with them, it is still considered “unpublished” work in many fields. And you can go on to publish exactly the same content in other forms, e.g. as a book or divided into papers.
